Our belt ranking system for Adults and Teens follows the traditional Kyu / Dan ranking system. The Kyu ranks denote ranks less than Shodan (1st Degree Black Belt). The Dan ranks denote levels of Black Belt.
Our belt ranking system for children (ages 5-11) reflects on our special junior karate program. Our junior karate program is specially designed for children ages 5-11 years old to give them the most out of their karate training and meeting the standards set forth by our governing National and International associations.
