- Travel Schedule
- Leave the Dojo at 9 AM Friday Morning
- Return to the Dojo between 8:00 and 9:00 PM
- What to bring

- Karate Gi, obi, sparring equipment, kobudo equipment, and
Shoes to train in
- Extra clothes for 3 days
- Swim suit and towel
- Sun Screen
- Hat and sun glasses (Optional)
- Sleeping Bag and Pillow
- Meals (menu to follow)

- Saturday: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
- Sunday: Breakfast and Lunch
