Winter Camp Promotions
Train-A-Thon: Feb. 10th & 11th

The Train-a-Thons were great. Little Dragons (5-7 year olds) and Dragons (8-12
year olds) came to an eight hour Train-A-Thon on Saturday February 10th. Sensei
Scott took the students through sessions of basics, kata, drills, bag work, and
some fun activities at the end as a reward. Everyone got a great workout. The water
cooler became their favorite hangout spot between the training sessions. The Teenagers and Adults had their Train-A-Thon on Sunday February 11th. This day's focuse was on kata and bag work, lots of bag work. Everyone had a good time and trained really hard. |

The June Mega Mini-Camp was from Friday June 9th to Sunday June 10th. Over the weekend, 21 students trained 25 hours. The training was intense and several of the teenagers discovered just how important it is to eat a proper diet and get plenty of rest.
